Well, it's back to work tomorrow and I'm not sure I'm quite ready for it. Oh, the laundry is done and I have clothes picked out to wear for the week, but still I've been off for two weeks and I didn't even have to attend my online college. So it's been nice having to do absolutely nothing but veg and watch Carli grow. Oh well, its time and I must so I will.

I didn't realize you were blogging again! Cool! FYI- there's a link to the recipe for the cb french toast in my blog. If you hover your cursor over where it says "Creme Brulee French Toast" (I think the text is written in a different color from the rest) you can click on it. If it doesn't work for you, just query "Creme Brulee French Toast" on www.allrecipes.com. I follow a suggestion from one of the reviewers of the recipe and flip the french toast half way through baking and then increase it to a broil in the last few minutes. That way, it gets the crunchy edges. Also, I sometimes substitute the Grand Marnier for orange extract. Its cheaper than a bottle of Grand Marnier and gets the same flavoring. :)
