My husband made a delicious dinner tonight. Shrimp and Quail Eggs on a bed of shrimp noodles with snow peas and oyster mushrooms. It really was delicious. I boiled and peeled the quail eggs and set them aside until the rest of the dinner was ready. The picture shown on the left is not exactly what we had, but a representation as I am not able to take pictures with my digital camera at the moment. It's a nice stock photo. One that I'm sure I'll use again. Anyway...I wasn't sure I'd like quail eggs (boy are they difficult to peel, especially when they are so fresh!) But, they taste just like any other eggs out there - no great surprise, really.
